How to Order

Ordering custom products with us is simple – no design skills and no minimum order needed. Here is how it works, step by step.

1. Choose your product and options

   Pick a product and select the size, shape, colour or number of printed sides. The price updates as you choose.

2. Add your design

   Upload your logo, photo or artwork directly on the product page and place it on the live preview, or add your own text. Not sure about your file? Our designers check it before printing.

3. Choose your quantity

   Order from just one piece. Ordering more? Volume discounts are applied automatically – the more you order, the less you pay per piece.

4. Check out

   Review your cart and pay securely at checkout. Shipping costs are shown before you pay – and for US orders, all duties and import fees are covered by us.

5. Designer file check and optional proof

   Our designers check every file before printing – resolution, layout and edges. Want to see your design before it is printed? Request a digital proof when you order – we start production once you approve it. Without a proof, we print right after the file check and contact you only if something needs fixing.

6. Production

   Your order is made to order in 2–5 business days at our most efficient production site.

7. Shipping and tracking

   Delivery takes 4–8 business days, depending on the production center. As soon as your parcel ships, you receive an email with tracking. Details in our shipping & customs policy.

Tips for a smooth order

• Use the highest-quality file you have: 300 dpi at final size for small items, 100–150 dpi for flags and banners.
• Double-check spelling, phone numbers and dates in your design.
• Planning for an event? Order early and allow a few extra days for shipping.
• Need a different size or help with your design? We offer custom sizes and design help for a small surcharge – just send us a message.

For large orders, several designs or special requests, request a free quote and we will come back to you with a price and a file check.
