1. Scope

These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed through this online store, operated by Tonssen GmbH, Karl-Marx-Straße 182, 15230 Frankfurt (Oder), Germany ("we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products and customization

All products are made to order and personalized with the artwork, text or images you provide. Product photos are illustrations; slight variations in colour, size (±1–2 cm) and material are normal for printed products.

3. Your artwork

• You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, all logos, images, text and designs you upload, and that they do not infringe the rights of others (copyright, trademark, personality rights).
• You are responsible for the content and quality of your files. For best results, use files with 300 dpi at the final print size.
• We may refuse or cancel orders with content that is illegal, offensive, discriminatory or infringing. Any payment already made will be refunded.
• We use your files only to produce and deliver your order.

4. Proofs

Our designers check every file before printing. A digital proof is optional – you can request one when you place your order. If you request a proof, production starts only after your approval; without a proof, we print right after our designer file check and contact you only if something needs fixing. If we send a proof, production starts after your approval. Please check spelling, layout and colours carefully – we are not liable for errors you approved in a proof.

5. Contract

The product display in our store is not a binding offer. By clicking "Pay now" you place a binding order. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email or start production.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the selected currency. Volume discounts are applied automatically according to the quantities shown on the product page. Shipping costs, taxes and any duties are shown at checkout – see our Shipping & Customs Policy. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment is due when you place the order.

7. Production and delivery

Production usually takes 2–5 business days after file approval, plus shipping time. Details are in our Shipping & Customs Policy.

8. Cancellations, returns and complaints

9. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under mandatory product liability law. For slight negligence we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live. For merchants, the place of jurisdiction is Frankfurt (Oder), Germany.
